In May 2026, I had the privilege of facilitating partnership workshops with the 13 partners of TLAus4Resilience in Timor-Leste.
I deeply appreciated the openness, active participation, and generosity of everyone involved. What stood out to me was the willingness of diverse organisations to listen, learn from one another, and co-create shared ways of working that are grounded in trust, mutual respect, and a common purpose—principles that are at the heart of effective partnerships.
Thank you for the opportunity to accompany this process. Wishing the TLAus4Resilience program and all its partners continued success as they work together to strengthen climate resilience and create lasting impact for communities across Timor-Leste.
